One staffing platform for employers and job seekers

A two-sided WordPress experience for employers and professionals, with jobs, talent search, events, learning, and a custom filterable resource library.

Introduction

FlexProfessionals serves employers looking for flexible, experienced talent and professionals looking for work that fits their lives. Orpheus redesigned its WordPress site for those two audiences and built a custom resource system within it.

Three searchable, filterable libraries—the Job Search Toolkit, Work Productivity Toolkit, and Technical Resources—use an Orpheus-branded custom WordPress system to organize dozens of public resources across practical categories. The current site also supports talent discovery by functional area and location, job listings, and resume-request flows.

This initial case is intentionally limited to the verified Orpheus redesign relationship and functionality visible on the public site. Additional historical scope can be added as project archives are recovered.

The experience

One site with clear paths for both sides of the market

The redesign organizes the site around the people who use it. Employers can move from the staffing model into talent discovery and a resume request, while professionals can move into job-seeker information, opportunities, courses, coaching, and events.

That split is visible in the navigation and the site’s page structure, giving each audience a direct starting point while keeping one consistent brand and content system.

Custom resource system

Three searchable libraries inside WordPress

An Orpheus-branded WordPress plugin powers the Job Search Toolkit, Work Productivity Toolkit, and Technical Resources. Each library combines category filtering and text search with a reusable card system for practical resources.

The three public libraries currently organize dozens of cards. The case attributes this deployed resource system specifically; it does not assume that every other visible site feature came from the same plugin.

A content platform for recruiting and regional growth

The broader site runs on WordPress with a custom child theme and a content structure spanning employer services, job-seeker resources, talent listings, courses, events, news, and regional information for the DC and Boston markets.

This first version of the case stays with the public, verifiable experience. Deeper implementation details and historical outcomes will be added only when the original project archive supports them.
